I have been taking my 2022 Camry here for the routine maintenance with 5k oil changes (paid) and every 10K on their Toyota Care for up to 2 years or 25k miles. With that said, I have trust issues with d maintenance with 5k oil changes (paid) and every 10K on their Toyota Care for up to 2 years or 25k miles. With that said, I have trust issues with dealership service centers and even independent auto repair shops so after each oil change I have to check the oil dipstick to make sure the oil is fresh and it is. For the most part, from what I see the dealership mechanics do change your oil, as far as their Toyota Care inspection which includes your tires rotated every 10k, I really can't confirm if they do rotate the tires as I do not see any hand prints on my wheels nor been asked where's the lug key is located (and I've also noticed that two tires (right front and right rear) than the left front and left rear (according to America's tire when I had the tire pressure checked last month). Then there's the dealer installed alarm issue where it was set too sensitive as the alarm goes off with every slightest bump or even with fireworks around and the service center never acknowledged it nor the service advisor didn't acknowledge it and this was my last visit back in July-ish of this year. What I found unprofessional was the last 2 visits, all I had was text messages stating my car was done without the service advisor even coming to me to answer any questions. So... with that said, knowing that my car will soon be out of its warranty, there is a good chance I won't be coming back to Claremont Toyota for any future services but we will see. To those who read this, everyone's experience is different. All I can say is give them a shot and go from there. I gave the dealership service the benefit of the doubt. I got some benefits with some doubt. More
