I left very disappointed by my return to Claremont Toyotas service center. My specific online service request was completely bypassed, and instead I unknowingly left with only an oil change, and witho Toyotas service center. On top of that my alternator went out the very next day. This is something that would have been seen if I received the right service. Also, I left without knowing my brakes needed to be replaced, and my tires feeling wobbly. More

I worked with Avril and she was wonderful at answering my questions and providing clarity ahead of my arrival to the dealership. Mickey helped us test drive the car, and he was great, too. I didn’t appreciate all the upselling. All in all, it took about 2 hours to get financing done, even though we were paying in cash. Given that I had already communicated with the dealership several times before arrival, and they gave me a list of items to bring on the day of my visit, I would have appreciated the heads up that I would also need a checkbook. It would have saved us time and money, as I ended up having to overnight my check the next day, which was an unecessary hassle. More
