And I was given a response. What I didn’t realize is that I didn’t mention my service advisor’s name Phillip Tarin. He has always been courteous, attentive to our needs and explaining everything about the work that our car needed so we could make an informed decision. He has been our service advisor ever since he started with Claremont Toyota. We have been going there 29 years or more and all the service personnel even the ones writing up your car, to car delivery has always been respectful and greets you with a smile.
