7 AM appt means 7:30, good thing I wasn’t rushing to work after that. So many cars waiting for it to open. Looked like an in and out line lined up down the street. I originally came in for a simple oil chan after that. So many cars waiting for it to open. Looked like an in and out line lined up down the street. I originally came in for a simple oil change, after picking up my car, I heard a noise for the first time. Took my car back the following week, looks like I now need work done. Previous inspection didn’t notice the problem. I paid for and oil change and inspection, even bought the package of 5 oil changes for $299. Now I’m worried to come back. My issue isn’t resolved, I don’t feel like I got the service I paid for. My service man was nice and friendly. More
