The dealer ship got my car into the service center the same day. The personnel were fantastic and courteous - however, the reason why I took my car in still had the same issue - there is a squeaking noise on the passenger front right side when you start to slow/brake. The dealer checked the brakes and wheel and didn't find anything out of the norm - but when I drove away - it still had the noise.

I forgot to ask her to order an extra key for my car before I left the dealership. I called her and she assured me she would take care of the order.
