Most of the time I am leaving work to come grab my car and it's taking 20 plus minutes for them to get my car pulled around. While there are multiple employees in the check in area standing around assisting. More
***UPDATE*** Jeanette from Customer Service department contacted me about my experience with the service department and offered a most sincere apology for what happened on my last visit to Claremont Toyot contacted me about my experience with the service department and offered a most sincere apology for what happened on my last visit to Claremont Toyota. Along with the apology she offered to wash my car! Now THAT is great customer service! On 8/16 I brought my 2021 Prius in for its normal service at 8:45 a.m., and I also wanted to purchase a service agreement for my 2018 Prius. I took a seat in the waiting area and at 9:43 I received a text message that my vehicle was all serviced and ready to come home! Wow! I went to the cashier and first paid for the service agreement on the 2018 Prius. She could not find the paperwork for the 2021 Prius, so I went back to the waiting area and waited. And waited. And waited. At 12:15 I went to the cashier to ask if my car was ready. The cashier told me that my car had been ready for a while and that someone had been in asking for me and had walked around the waiting area looking for me. WHY didn’t anyone send me another text and/or phone call??? The paperwork reads that it was invoiced at 10:26. Why did I spend an extra TWO HOURS in the waiting area??? But even more troubling…under recommended work it lists that the right rear fender liner and hardware is missing. NO ONE pointed that out to me when I picked up the paperwork. I didn’t notice it until I was filing it when I got home. I am so disappointed in Claremont Toyota’s service department. More

They asked what I was in for & I replied to them with the specifics (5,000 oil change, wheel repair/replacement, & an issue with my AC).Finally, a third employee came to me and started helping me. When I purchased my vehicle, I was told that the dealership would flreplace a damaged wheel or fix any wheel issues up to a specific timeframe/mileage. This individual stated that they were unable to do it & I would have to return and send in the wheel to a third party for repair. I asked why I couldn’t just send it off today & he said I needed a specific appointment for that service. Once they completed the inspections, I had asked if they had come to a resolution for my AC in my brand new sienna. He told me that they did not look at the performance of it because I hadn’t specifically told him to look at it. I had already explained my concerns to the first two individuals with tablets. He then retreated and said that my AC is working fine. More
I have no issues with Bert, I always service my car with him. My issue is with the technician who supposedly did a complete inspection and missed the engine noise the car was making from the serpentine bel him. My issue is with the technician who supposedly did a complete inspection and missed the engine noise the car was making from the serpentine belt. I only noticed it driving back home so I thought it was caused by something from the service cause it was not there before the service. So if your service entails a complete inspection please inspect, diagnose, advise and recommend. More
