I've been going to Claremont Toyota for many years now, and scheduling an appointment has been fairly simple. I like the guest lounge and I appreciate that checking out post-service is easier now. It would and scheduling an appointment has been fairly simple. I like the guest lounge and I appreciate that checking out post-service is easier now. It would make me more at ease if mask wearing was more consistent (eg. Half of the lounge was unmasked and not eating/drinking. Meanwhile the staff would wear mask when outside, but then take it off completely when indoors with me and talking a few feet from my face.). I also appreciated that this time I didn't have two people trying to get me to buy a car (both visiting me in person and calling me) while I was having my car serviced. Last time that really annoyed me. All in all, this visit was straightforward though a bit long for a routine maintenance (2.5 hours). More

Service was fast and effective, my only question is: why are prices so high for most repairs. I been a customer for almost 15 years and a regular/loyal customer. Loyal customers should get better discounts/ are prices so high for most repairs. I been a customer for almost 15 years and a regular/loyal customer. Loyal customers should get better discounts/prices since we will keep coming back. Claremont Toyota estimate was 640 dollars to install manifold seal and I got it done for 150 with an independent mechanic- that is a 400 dollar difference. I would have been glad to pay 200 dollars for the repair but not 640. More

Very clean...love the complimentary snacks and beverages whilst waiting for my vehicle. Well lit waiting area and casjier is in it as well making it very convenient to check oit the vehicle when ready. W whilst waiting for my vehicle.
