My primary reason for the 3 star rating was the time required to service my car. (And the service consisted only of a tire rotation, fluids check, and basic inspection.) What I was not prepared for was a 4 hour wait, over the course of which not once was I informed about the status of my vehicle. More
The service people seem nice, but nice doesn’t get the job done. I had regular service done 3 week prior to this visit due to the mechanics not looking at my battery that’s was leaking acid Down thru my e job done. So bringing my truck back in to get a new battery the service manager was like oh well things happen attitude. Come to find a few days later my trans fluid was low and my washer fluid was completely empty. What kind of Dealership is this! Horrible never take your Toyota vehicle here unless you want more problems! They actually deserve zero stars, but it would let me put that above. More
