The service tech was great. Long line to get checked in and very long wait for service. We cannot do the drop off and go home thing because we live too far away. We keep having the same problem visiting and very long wait for service. We cannot do the drop off and go home thing because we live too far away. We keep having the same problem visiting the dealership there....the time it takes to do menial tasks like an oil change. My wife loses half a day for an oil change. The efficiency of getting vehicles in-n-out needs major improvement. Not sure if the dealership is over-scheduling to make up for the "no-shows" but it needs to improve. My wife and I decided that for maintenance we are going to go to have "others" do it where we are in-n-out! Our time is way too valuable to sit for hours for an oil change. Suggest a couple bays just for the "quick" stuff and other bays for the more major items. Also suggest that if a repair is going to take more than several hours, have courtesy cars available so that those that need to wait around can go get other things done. More
