My advisor Bert Gonzalez was friendly , professional and had good customer service. He accommodated me with a friendly smile inspite of the fact that I was late for my 2:25 pm appointment. He assured me that the car will be taken cared of and showed me where to wait while my car was being serviced. I strongly suggest to revive the carwash service whenever we bring our car for service. Waited four hours for an oil change and lack of updates along the way. They overlooked replacing a dirty air filter and rear wiper blade. I had my car serviced on Tuesday and when I picked it up my passenger seat was completely reclined down as if someone was taking a nap in the car. Then when I got home I noticed the key from my Fob was miss my passenger seat was completely reclined down as if someone was taking a nap in the car. Then when I got home I noticed the key from my Fob was missing. As of this review, Friday, I have no idea where my key is or any satisfactory response from the service manager. I am also frustrated with the phone system as nobody answer the phone and then it ultimately hangs up on me. The phone issue happened 3 days in a row. More
