Overall a good experience. One thing that I did like is I have a 8am appointment and have to wait in line behind all the cars that don’t. Other Toyota dealerships have an appointment line and non appointm I have a 8am appointment and have to wait in line behind all the cars that don’t. When I bought my 2019 Tundra, Claremont Toyota agreed to a free "lifetime Toyota Care" meaning I get free oil changes and tire rotations based upon a maintenance schedule beyond the 2 years that comes stand a free "lifetime Toyota Care" meaning I get free oil changes and tire rotations based upon a maintenance schedule beyond the 2 years that comes standard with every vehicle purchased there (at least thats what they explained to me). However, I just learned on my last visit that, 1: They're not honoring that even though it was the deciding factor of where I purchased the vehicle, 2: They'd instead charge me 89 dollars for the labor of the oil change but I would get the oil for free, and 3: Even when you do bring your car in for scheduled maintenance-ie..oil change and tire rotation, they don't perform the maintenance if they don't "deem it necessary" even though you just brought your car in for a maintenance based on a sticker they put on your windshield telling you when the maintenance is necessary ....yet they still count it as one of the scheduled maintenance visits.( The best part is they don't tell you this, they just send you on your way after waiting hours, making you think you just had your oil changed and tires rotated.) I've owned nothing but Toyotas, two of which I got from this dealership. I was shocked to say the least and sadly will be purchasing from a different dealer next time since they didn't feel it was worth the time to try and resolve this issue. But hey, at least they were friendly whilr they took advantage of me. More

Everyone was really helpful and nice. They couldn't find my car when I was called to pick it up. They had the wrong license plate number listed on the papers. Most likely because I bought the car here and my car when I was called to pick it up. They had the wrong license plate number listed on the papers. Most likely because I bought the car here and they had to old license plate number attached to the VIN in their database. Just a glitch. The service went really smoothly otherwise. More
