5k mile service Went to have my 5k service and after reading my receipt, it said the jets needed cleaned. Why didn't they do that when I had it in the first time. I had to go back to the tech and tell them to clean them. I had my tires rotated and they broke my tire Pressure gauge and cost me 300.00 which I shouldn't have had to pay since it was their fault in the first place. I have been doing business with them and never had a problem until now. Why should I be treated this way? More

Rear Seat Sensor I took my Camry into Claremont because the rear seat safety belt sensor would go off without anyone sitting in the back. When I arrived to pick up my I took my Camry into Claremont because the rear seat safety belt sensor would go off without anyone sitting in the back. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was informed that the Camry was designed to think that there are passengers in the back seat if the rear doors are opened. Honestly, I didn't think that made much sense, however, my car appeared to be fixed. I was under the impression that the sensors detected body weight in the seat and not by open doors. Nonetheless, the mechanic expressed that when I start my vehicle, I should wait until the red rear light sensors go away before driving. Otherwise the would think that there are passengers and thus, the sensors would alarm. With that being said, the advisor and mechanic were very nice and patient. They listened to my concerns and explained the way the vehicle is designed. Claremont Toyota is the place for my Camry. :-) More
