I brought my 2022 4Runner for an oil change and I was not satisfied with the service. I picked up my car and drove away. Minutes later I noticed black grease on my passenger seat, door handle, and the fron satisfied with the service. I picked up my car and drove away. Minutes later I noticed black grease on my passenger seat, door handle, and the front hood area. That’s in addition to the fact that the car was not washed (as usual). The lack of care during the service and inspection once the work was completed is noticeable. I contacted the dealer and asked to speak to the service specialist Hugo. The receptionist informed he was with another customer and that he’ll contact me soon. He never return my call. I’m considering servicing my vehicle in another Toyota dealer at this time. More
