DO NOT DO IT!!! YOUR TITLE TRANSFER WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DUE TO THERE NEGLIGENCE WILL LIE AND SAY THEY CANNOT PRINT A SECOND PLATE BECAUSE THE DMV WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO. THAT IS A LI IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DUE TO THERE NEGLIGENCE WILL LIE AND SAY THEY CANNOT PRINT A SECOND PLATE BECAUSE THE DMV WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO. THAT IS A LIE. ACCORDING TO DMV THE TITLE TRANSFER WAS NOT DONE UNTIL 40 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE SO THIS IS WHY IT IS A DELAY IN RECEIVING THE PLATES. SO BECAUSE THEY WERE NEGLIGENT IT WOULD COST THEM $30 TO GET ANOTHER TEMPORARY PLATE. SO DUE TO A $30 FEE, THEY WILL CHOOSE TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERE NEGLIGENCE. THE DMV HAS GIVEN ME INFO TO REPORT THERE NEGLIGENCE AND HAVE THEM INVESTIGATED FOR NON COMPLIANCE. THEY MAY NOT HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE, HOWEVER I WILL HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE AND WILL NOT GO AWAY UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED. More lies, I asked to speak with the GM, was told by another manager he was not in and wouldn't be there until next week. Get a phone call 15 min later from the dealership from the GM that says he is at the dealership. The entire staff at Westpoint seems to have no ethics in how they practice. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! More

A day after buying it, the check engine light came on for misfire on cylinder 4. I called them and they told me the truck was still in warranty and to take it to a nearby dealer (since i live an hour away). The place i took it too said i needed to replace all the spark plugs and the ignition coil pack, none of which is covered under warranty, and cost me $1012. Also, the truck has a strong musky odor that i didn't notice until the day after buying it, once the air freshener wore off; and i found a lot of rust under the seat and behind the dash. I should of looked the truck over better and maybe even took it to a mechanic before buying, so this is partially my fault. More
