Prices on the website do NOT reflect actual prices on site. They are lying to get you in the door. They have dealer add ons to drive up prices such as “Accessory” fees which don’t make sense because the site. They are lying to get you in the door. They have dealer add ons to drive up prices such as “Accessory” fees which don’t make sense because the models are priced differently already with what comes on the vehicles. I also called before going in to see if they had a specific vehicle on site. The woman on the call looked it up by the stock number I gave her and said yes the vehicle was still on the lot. I took time out of my day and was there thirty minutes after I called to see the vehicle and they told me it was sold days prior. Based off of these two things alone you cannot trust this dealership. They are lying on their website about prices and also lying when you call about their inventory to get you to walk in. Overall a bad buying experience with an up charge every turn you make. Fortunately for the dealership I was set on getting a certain vehicle and was willing to overpay for it. Definitely would not recommend going to this dealership. Plenty of other GMC/Buick dealerships in the area. More
