While I ended up purchasing a vehicle from the dealer, my experience was less than pleasant, particularly the mandatory inclusion of unnecessary options, which added to the total cost of the vehicle and whic experience was less than pleasant, particularly the mandatory inclusion of unnecessary options, which added to the total cost of the vehicle and which I do not have access to. For example, one mandatory option is the nitrogen filled tires. I live in Fort Worth and there is no dealer anywhere near here that provides the service. The first day driving from Houston, I got a tire pressure alert. I had to fill with regular air and there is no way for me to do anything with nitrofill unless I drive 3.5 hours to Houston. What use is that? No good explanation was provided as to why these options are mandatory and I have no way of cancelling them. I have contacted the dealer and I have yet to receive a response on what I can do. If I had to choose again, I can't say that I would choose this dealership and I can't see that it would be at the top of my recommendation list. More
