Austin was my sales rep and he was very good. Lanh was the finance mgr and was also good. Nelson found the canyon Denali I was looking for and got me into the store quick so grateful for that. From arrival to departure process took 5+ hours... too long. Filled out same form multiple times. I was lowballed on the trade-in and then the pro-package was factored in at a ridiculous price. I still think the pro pack was shady business and it is the reason for the 7. All the finance mgr offerings were way overpriced but Lanh worked with me. I know that is common practice but no perfect scores for taking advantage of folks that don't know any better. Again, Austin knew his business, was pleasant and the main reason I didn't leave during the trade in and pro pack negotiation. More
