The vehicle purchased had a few issues when we looked at it. The sales rep assured us that they would be taken care of by delivery day. They were not. After still purchasing the vehicle we had it inspected it. The sales rep assured us that they would be taken care of by delivery day. They were not. After still purchasing the vehicle we had it inspected by another service center and they were able to figure out the issues. We needed Classic Elite to communicate with the service center and it took an act of congress to get them to do this. Totally unacceptable. We are still not finished with the fallout of Classic Elites poor service department. More
