I am very disappointed with the service I received from Pam. There were things missing from my car and when I called the manager all I got was a sorry. Pam also asked me to reach out to the warranty becaus Pam. There were things missing from my car and when I called the manager all I got was a sorry. I was told when I dropped off my car it would take two days, but instead it took 5 because Pam did not order the parts on time. Mr. William was polite when I called. More

Not great communication and keeping the customer in the loop on when the vehicle would be ready.
