We negotiated a deal on a truck with MUSTAFA MAANI internet salesman which was supposed to have navigation. Once we arrived at the dealership we found out the truck did not have the navigation system, internet salesman which was supposed to have navigation. Once we arrived at the dealership we found out the truck did not have the navigation system, he outright lied to us just to get us into the dealership think he could still convince us to buy the truck. He is one crooked salesman that I would not trust. More

Stephen was very knowledgeable about the Trucks and led us in the right direction of the best Truck to fit our needs. He wasn't pushy, he listened, and we purchased the 2020 AT4 truck from him. I have never purchased a car that didn't take all day to close the deal and finalize with the paper work. First class dealership and thank you Stephen for a good car buying experience! DO NOT DO IT!!! YOUR TITLE TRANSFER WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DUE TO THERE NEGLIGENCE WILL LIE AND SAY THEY CANNOT PRINT A SECOND PLATE BECAUSE THE DMV WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO. THAT IS A LI IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DUE TO THERE NEGLIGENCE WILL LIE AND SAY THEY CANNOT PRINT A SECOND PLATE BECAUSE THE DMV WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO. THAT IS A LIE. ACCORDING TO DMV THE TITLE TRANSFER WAS NOT DONE UNTIL 40 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE SO THIS IS WHY IT IS A DELAY IN RECEIVING THE PLATES. SO BECAUSE THEY WERE NEGLIGENT IT WOULD COST THEM $30 TO GET ANOTHER TEMPORARY PLATE. SO DUE TO A $30 FEE, THEY WILL CHOOSE TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERE NEGLIGENCE. THE DMV HAS GIVEN ME INFO TO REPORT THERE NEGLIGENCE AND HAVE THEM INVESTIGATED FOR NON COMPLIANCE. THEY MAY NOT HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE, HOWEVER I WILL HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE AND WILL NOT GO AWAY UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED. More lies, I asked to speak with the GM, was told by another manager he was not in and wouldn't be there until next week. Get a phone call 15 min later from the dealership from the GM that says he is at the dealership. The entire staff at Westpoint seems to have no ethics in how they practice. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! More
