I had an absolutely great experience from the moment stepping in the door to the moment I left. Everybody there is very friendly. But to have to wait an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. When I owned a BMW, I would get my car back looking amazing inside and out. I’ve never had that experience with Cadillac. More

I had my car there, they wanted to charge me double to triple any one else’s prices. When I picked it up they could even run it through a car wash after me spending a few hundred dollars.
