I am extremely disappointed regarding the poor job someone did by not detailing the vehicle from top to bottom, before clear coating it. It wasn’t hand washed because you can see swirl marks as though someone did by not detailing the vehicle from top to bottom, before clear coating it. It wasn’t hand washed because you can see swirl marks as though it went thru a car wash .DIRT is sealed in from the clear coat. Who does this? There are several deep scratches in the paint job. I pointed these discrepancies to Matt Kunsman in Service took photos I , Also Spoke to theyoung lady who I paid for the clear coat also witness the dirt. The tire rims weren’t even cleaned. I have plans to travel out of state by Nov 20th I am to meet with the manager Monday , Oct 27th. This causing me a waste of time and money. More

Oil change and tire rotation was done correctly . I took my Genesis GV80 for the same service with bad results. They did not rotate the tiers at all . I marked them before.
