At first i had an issue with one of the service managers which is the only reason i gave 4 stars originally.. but once i talked to somebody else everybody was amazing and ended up changing it to 5!! Classic Cadillac of Mentor always takes care of my needs quickly and efficiently, even in an emergency. My lease car had a flat tire. I needed to get to work and had an event to attend in the evening over t quickly and efficiently, even in an emergency. My lease car had a flat tire. They sent a tow truck to me in 15 minutes and managed to patch the tire and get me back on the road in less than 2 hours. They are amazing. Don Ashba was a helpful salesman beginning with my initial call to the dealership for a used car purchase. I was driving from two hours away and although I could not come the first day after calling, initial call to the dealership for a used car purchase.
