My service advisor Mr. Sanchez was great we communicated well and effectively. He was able to answer all my questions and respond in a timely manner. My problem lies with the waiting. My car was there for 2-3 weeks before it was even diagnosed. Upon drop off and checking the vehicle in, I was told my vehicle should be looked at with in 2-3 days. Guess he meant weeks! In total my car was there for about 8 weeks with communication starting at around week 2.5 after multiple calls and texts on my part mind you. Timeframe was below average but the work is above average! You pick your Posion! In summary most staff was great! Mr Sanchez was excellent! Ill be back if need be and recommend the workmanship to all. Bring lots of patiences. Good day. More
