I had a great service experience with Classic Elite Chevrolet Sugar Land. My 2020 Tahoe was towed in with a faulty water pump. Big John was great! The manager who was approving our negotiations was not knowledgeable. The service work was even worse and unprofessional. We paid a premium to have all modifications handled on house in one trip. We’re on trip #3 and the horn was damaged and the wiring is problematic. They couldn’t even remember to install the plates while the truck was at the dealership for almost a month. We’re still waiting to hear back from a manager based on the WORST car buying experience ever. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. More
