Service department is horrible brought in 2023 Yukon to get alternator replaced they insisted it was the battery even after it had been confirmed by two other shops that it was not. vehicle was under an ex get alternator replaced they insisted it was the battery even after it had been confirmed by two other shops that it was not. vehicle was under an extended warranty, so it didn’t matter the cost however, try to sell me brand new battery for $400.
