bought a 2020 Tahoe battery lasted 2 years. replaced under 36000 warranty. battery went out again 2 years 2 months later. had to buy new battery. the battery they use at elite Chevrolet sugar l replaced under 36000 warranty. battery went out again 2 years 2 months later. had to buy new battery. the battery they use at elite Chevrolet sugar land are supposed to last 3.5 years 42 months. quality of battery not good. the service and people were excellent but parts are terrible. I Never received another E mail until this one that I am responding to today. I did receive a phone message about changing the appointment to call the dealership AND they stated Classic HWY 6 ?? thought I have booked the wrong location. I drove in the day before and spoke to a service advisor that I worked with previously. He confirmed my appointment was for 59 & 90 location. Dropped off at appointed time. I returned that afternoon to follow up on progress. Service would be needing the truck overnight.to complete requested work. I received a phone call next day mid- morning to say the truck was ready. I pick it up and paid about an hour before closing time. my Paperwork had some discrepancies so I return Monday afternoon to let the advisor know. It was a different experience that previous service visits. Thank you. More

we worked with Alfred and we were almost sold a car that was not what we wanted. I asked for a black Tahoe and was told that they did not have any four-wheel-drive because I was alone without my husband the was not what we wanted. Alfred refuses to text back about buying another truck to replace the truck that the service department caused more issues with overall I would never buy another vehicle or use their service department again.
