Classic Sugar Land - Service Center

I take my truck everytime it's time for an oil change that I pay 100 for. My truck started having issues come to find out it had no anti freeze , my truck had just been serviced 3 days before! Why didn't they say anything about it so I could take care of it even if i had to pay extra!? That would have been a disaster for me!
