Repairs are way over priced. $750 to replace an ac blower fan. OEM Part online was $279-$329. They charged over $500 for that. At least two hours of labor. We brought our Volt in for oil change and to fix the Voice Dial function We did not get our normal Service rep and the one assigned only communicates by text and many times took a day to get back to us Voice Dial function We did not get our normal Service rep and the one assigned only communicates by text and many times took a day to get back to us. It was in the shop off and on for over 20 days. We would drop it off and it would take 2 to 6 days to get to it. Then we would need it back and drop it off again with the same poor communication and attention to our vehicle. This is my first poor experience with Classic but most of the other good experiences were before they became “Elite”. More
