I went into Classic Chevy the end of 2023 ready to order and purchase a new 2024 Chevrolet Blazer Premier. The salesman that I meet there was putting a Christmas Ribbon on a new car that he had sold and ask and purchase a new 2024 Chevrolet Blazer Premier. The salesman that I meet there was putting a Christmas Ribbon on a new car that he had sold and ask my girlfriend and I to wait in the lounge area and he would come back and get us. After more than a half hour, we went back up to his desk and he was walking up with new potential customers that he was trying to sell a car to. He completely forgot about us making us feel like a complete xxx for being there. I gave him both my cell phone number and E-Mail and asked him to please let me know information regarding the Towing Package. He never bothered ever contacting me. So after 2 weeks, I called and asked to speak to a Sales Manager and spoke with Mr. Hank Gaylor. Hank was very happy to work with me and order this new Blazer Premier. Since Hank could not take credit for the sales, he turned it over to Mr. Frank Rebolloso, who allowed me to test drive my new car and show me all of the functionally of my new purchase. I give both Hank and Frank 5 Stars. More

He and his team made my (second) collision repair (better than the 1st years ago) flawless, thor is professional, thorough, kind and compassionate. Brian and his team thought of the little things that I would not have thought of like touch ups on parts that did not need repair and a needed tire shield that I had forgotten about. I am almost in disbelief how new my 2015 looks again. I cannot find any overspray anywhere and all the new paint matches the existing (2015) paint!!!! It is really a blessing!! When I first saw my van, I thought they inadvertently painted it "Super White" bc it was painted flawlessly but it's really my "Blizzard White Pearl"- the original metallic color that is another white version! Everyone at Classic Collision was kind like Crystal at the front desk, Heather and Giovanni (driver to drop me off and pick me up) and a few others. Thank you Damon for your nice work on my van too! I originally filled out a contact us form on Cars. com. The dealership reached out almost immediately. I had looked at 5 different Chevy Traverse offerings from four different dealers. Even though C com. The dealership reached out almost immediately. I had looked at 5 different Chevy Traverse offerings from four different dealers. Even though Classic reached out first, they were also the furtherest away from my location. I dealt with them by phone, the were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up purchasing from another dealer through Cars.com, only because they were 50 miles closer to my location. However, once purchased, I wanted to decode the VIN number to know all about the originally installed bells and whistles (options) installed on my 2015 Traverse LT. I checked with the Honda dealer I purchased the Traverse from, no luck, I checked with a Chevy dealer across the highway from the Honda dealer, no luck. I reached out to Classic Chevrolet and they came through like the champions they are there. All my questions were answered, even though I had made my purchase elsewhere. Makes me think driving the additional 50 miles just might be worth it afterall on my next car purchase. More
