Passing on the 3% charge to use a credit card to customers makes no sense. You place your logos on every car you sell for free advertising and don’t pay customers for that. My rep Alan is top notch and always helpful and he is the reason I would return but I will not be recommending your service department because of this fee. More

No communication at all I was told 1 hour 3 minutes 2 hours and 30 minutes later. I noticed my car was done. No one told me. The advisor was the worst advisor I have ever had to deal with.
