These guys are top notch! From my service advisor to the ladies at the front desk…they are all amazing. Very thankful that we found them. I was not happy about the lack of Loa From my service advisor to the ladies at the front desk…they are all amazing. Very thankful that we found them. I was not happy about the lack of Loaners (esp for how expensive my SUV was) but Rachel & the ladies at the front desk and my service advisor make it very quick and pain free. We have tried many Chevy Dealers that are way closer to us but they proved to be abolutely horrible so we will continue to make the drive all the way out to Grapevine. Thank you so much. More

Passing on the 3% charge to use a credit card to customers makes no sense. You place your logos on every car you sell for free advertising and don’t pay customers for that. Next you will probably charge a WiFi fee or resort fees for using the waiting area. My rep Alan is top notch and always helpful and he is the reason I would return but I will not be recommending your service department because of this fee. More

No communication at all I was told 1 hour 3 minutes 2 hours and 30 minutes later. I noticed my car was done. No one told me. The advisor was the worst advisor I have ever had to deal with.
