The buying experience was Great. The service experience so far has been less than desirable. I think the biggest issue is the service advisor I been assigned to. He never answers the phone and the only way to reach him is to have someone hand deliver a note with your name and phone number on it. I had 3 employees tell me not to use Kevin, that I should request another advisor. I talked with the service manager and I trust he will take whatever measures he needs to correct it for the next customer! More
