After receiving, almost no communication from our sales person throughout the ordering process, we were then delivered a brand new car with an enormous deep scratch on the hood that they proceeded to blame person throughout the ordering process, we were then delivered a brand new car with an enormous deep scratch on the hood that they proceeded to blame on us even though we noticed it the day after delivery. They now expect us to drive it all the way back to the dealership to get it fixed instead of coming and picking it up when this is nothing that we did. More
