This dealership is a disaster to deal with. The sales person was rude, pushy and couldn't provide accurate information. Financing was upset because I wanted to use my credit union instead of their financing options and tried to push me to accept a higher interest rate. After numerous issues being brought up to their sales manager Hank, we came to a deal, then he text me back saying the vehicle was no longer available, after promising to hold it for me to get my financing information back from my credit union - all within 10 minutes. Buying a car is stressful enough, but then to work with a dealership like this made it even worse. Save yourself the headache and problems - find a different dealership! More
