After getting the text from the technician, it took a half hour for Kyle to come and get me. He said my car was getting washed but it was actually parked outside and waiting for me. Also Brianna offered to help me with My Chevy app which wasn't working. She wasn't able to solve the problem but I appreciated her trying. I'm still trying to figure it out ?? More

The video sent to my phone of them working on my car was worthless and waste of time and money it was a picture of my car and not them working on anything or showing anything that they may have worked on. I got two videos and both were just the front of my car not anything else. More
