I felt comfortable there and was not pressured by anyone there at all. Gabe was our salesman and he was very kind and had a very calm demeanor. He never pressured me to make a decision. Branden Campbell took great care of my wife and I the day that we went in to finalize our vehicle purchase. Apparently, there is an issue with "Shop, Click, Drive", but Branden was able to help us get the v that we went in to finalize our vehicle purchase.
