worst dealership experience yet Where do I begin. I began working with the Internet staff a week Ago about an 05 f250. I live in charleston and was trying take care of most of the de Where do I begin. I began working with the Internet staff a week Ago about an 05 f250. I live in charleston and was trying take care of most of the dealing over the Internet and phone. We agreed to a price and I went out on a limb (stupid me), I even did the credit app and got everything approved over The phone so all I had to do was come drive it and pick it up. When we got there, I didn't work with anybody I had worked with through the "Internet Sales team" which was actually better because the young man was very nice and wanted to help. I went to drive the truck and it looked good but it mechanically was a total wreck. Engine/transmission issues, alignment issues, starting issues and extremely underpowered. The dealership assured it was going to go through service before i arrived ,which they obviously didn't drive it. After sitting in the dealership waiting for management to finally show up. I thought it was looking up when they offered for me to look at a comparable vehicle That would fit. Low and behold they tried to get me out of my price range And pay more, and when I said no that was it. Beware of this dealership, the sales people are nice and good to work with, but anything above their level are a just theives. In summary I drove 2 hours and spent 3 hours at a dealership with shady management for nothing except a bump in my credit and a spent tank of gas. Do not shop here, save yourself. More
