On 1/5/24 I took my 2016 Escape to have the oil changed and I used a coupon called The Works $49.95 + tax that Ford had sent me. I was NOT told that the coupon was just a "discount" and they ended up char and I used a coupon called The Works $49.95 + tax that Ford had sent me. I was NOT told that the coupon was just a "discount" and they ended up charging me $58.57 for misc. charges since the regular price was $89.99. I feel that I was duped since I was not informed that The Works was a gimmick to get me into the shop. I have used this particular dealer in the past and I always go away feeling I have been "had".
