Disappointed because I need to take a leave from my work to drop off my car and take another day of leave that Monday to pick up my car plus they don't offer a loaner car which unsatisfactory for a mercedez Benz dealership which different from my Mini cooper dealers offers me a loaner car every time my mini cooper get service. When my car was done about a few days my wife found out that all the lug nuts cover was missing and there are scratches on the rims. We contact the service advisor but they denied it they says they don't touch the wheel but how they check the brakes if they don't touch the wheels. Another thing I found out they don even top off the windshield washer fluid on my car. I can't believe this kind of service from Tysinger Mercedes Benz?? I thought they said there service is world class? And Rick Sanches talk to my wife and said sorry and said the kind of stuff will happened, what kind of reason is that. So is normal they missed up your car and its ok for them. This is ridiculous. I know they don't do nothing about it .I justdon't like other people experience what I experience. More

He called Lloyd,, a sales rep. over, an explained my situation with him instead of just walking away. The car was already pulled up to the viewing area. He and I went over everything and within 30 minutes I had in my hand a print out of what the car would cost me exactly. The Chris lowered that price by $1800. I then meant with the assistant finance manager who told me exactly what any extra coverage plans would cost me, of course at a discounted price. Within about an hour of when I walked in I had exactly what I needed without any hassle or need to haggle, I see some of the bad reviews written about this place so I thought I should explain how these people mad my car search actually enjoyable. - Ray Lepore More
