Picked up a fairly new car with only 15k from this dealer. While there was no negotiation on the price i was given an inflated price to ship that even I as a customer could have found cheaper. The sal dealer. While there was no negotiation on the price i was given an inflated price to ship that even I as a customer could have found cheaper. The sales person provided good pictures of the car but left a few things out that i particularly wanted check out. Noises while driving, and scratched or dents and missing parts. It turns out after flying there to pick up the car and did not get picked as promised (no big deal) i drove the car back and immediatly noticed cracking noise from door in low s speeds (i am hoping warranty covers it) missing items in trunk like a cover and whatever was in there plus car missed the sd card to the navigation which is expensive to replace! I specifically asked sales person to check if these things were missing i was assured everything is there until i showed up and was told well depends on how the car comes from auction. Well the decision is made to buy based on what the car has and car condition not on your auction condition, you as dealer are selling retail buying wholesale and need to either replace items or disclose items missing or damaged. The process was speedy and bare minimum experience at dealer. No manager showed to talk or ask about my experience. More
