Unbelievably easy! Everything about the experience of buying our new CV-X was terrific. After making an appt. online to test drive the vehicle, Cesar called within 15 mi Everything about the experience of buying our new CV-X was terrific. After making an appt. online to test drive the vehicle, Cesar called within 15 minutes to introduce himself and confirm the appt. On arrival, the car was ready and waiting, and so was Cesar. We took a good test drive - both local and highway travel and I was able to experience many of the vehicle's features including the safety features. The dealership itself is very professional. We were greeted immediately. Met at the door.Escorted to Cesar's desk, escorted to Mark's office for the document signing. Never left to fend for ourselves. The building and grounds are clean and cared for. Even though that may not make a difference in the purchase of the car, it made the purchase of the car more pleasant and made it feel like the Honda name extended from the vehicles to the service to pride in the surroundings that everyone worked in and visited. More
