I have two cars, a Fit and an Element. I brought in the Element first for an oil change and a state inspection. I turned over my insurance card to the service writer. The service and inspection went OK, but when I got home (150 miles away) I didn't see the insurance card in the paperwork they gave me. I expected that the service writer would find it and call me. Three days passed and I started calling. No body picks up the phone and no one would return my messages. Finally after a week, I called the big boss and he straighten things out. The second visit with my Fit, I bought tires (2) and gave specific instructions on how they were to be placed on the car. Also wanted an oil change. When they brought the car around the oil change had not been done and the tires were on wrong. I was supposed to get a call from the service manager about the tires, but he dropped the ball. I will go to El Paso for service from now on.
