Empty promises, no call backs After buying a brand new car, the check engine light came on after 2 weeks. I understand that this can happen, but the service was terrible. I dropp After buying a brand new car, the check engine light came on after 2 weeks. I understand that this can happen, but the service was terrible. I dropped my car off and was told I would receive my car back with in 4 hours or a rental. I paid for the extra service plan, which covers this type of service. I did not receive a call until after I needed my car an hour later. The phones were down at the dealership and sales guy would not answer phone. More
