Very happy with my experience I emailed the dealership about a used car they had on their website. I received an answer within minutes. That was refreshing. Tony introduced himself and asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and I explained that I had 2 boys entering into different stages in their lifes and that I wanted to provide them with good conditioned and reliable vehicles. I exclaimed my budget and vehicle preferences. He was able to provide fast and detailed information regarding several vehicles I inquired about. We were able to narrow down to 2 vehicles and were able to make a deal that same day. The team worked together to get me taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. Who knew?? The last time I went by this particular dealership I had my car about 6 months and I needed some nitrogen in my tires. The guy I talked to was so rude I ended up going to Discount Tire and just putting good ole air in them. I swore I wouldn’t go back there for service. I have gotten my oil changed other places and never went back until today. Cecil Del a Rosa Sr was so nice. I had called yesterday to see if I needed an appointment they assured me I didn’t. They rotated my tires put in new air filters and my car was ready in a couple of hours. As I was leaving I mentioned I had come out of the doctor the day before and all of my windows were rolled down and my sunroof was open. It was crazy. Cecil said yes that was a feature of my car. Lock it then hold down the unlock button and the windows roll down. Who new?? At least I now know I can open the windows and start getting rid of the hot air from inside the building.
