Quick Turnaround! I took my Honda Pilot in because the AC was not functioning correctly. They ran diagnostics on it and unfortunately I needed a new compressor. The mec I took my Honda Pilot in because the AC was not functioning correctly. They ran diagnostics on it and unfortunately I needed a new compressor. The mechanic sent me a video explaining their findings in a way that I could understand and see for myself what the issue was. Cecil kept me updated along the way via text which was very convenient. They were able to order the part, replace it, and I was able to pick up my vehicle the next afternoon! On top of that, they washed my car for me - no charge. My AC is back to working great, I’m a happy customer. More

The service department is amazing!! I sadly did not buy my daughter's car here, but that didn't matter to Cecil and his team. They took care of me like I was family. They had to order the part but by early Tuesday afternoon they had it fixed and ready to go. I don't particularly like to be the one to take care of car stuff because I don't want to get the run around. Here that was not an issue and I was so grateful! Great Service. I took our can to get the new break pads and turn the rotors along with an oil and belt change. The video from the technician was very helpful and service was quick and painless. They even got me an Uber home so I didn't have to wait there. Prices for parts and labor are fair and only cost me $20 more bucks at the dealer over another shop. I would recommend taking a Honda here for service over some other places. There is a stigma about dealers costing so much more and in some cases that may be true, but Honda of Midland is a great friendly and reliable place to get authorized work done. More

100,000 mile maintenance Staff was extremely proficient, they wasted no time assessing everything we needed to get our Acura back on the road. Once assessment was done I received video which I liked. Parts department got everything in short time. Old parts removed , new parts in within day or two.
