Great service. I'm a happy customer. I was in need of a new car and I stopped by to test drive the HRV. Promise a lot- Fail to deliver My vehicle was owed to this dealer for repairs after a water incident, I was called three weeks after the vehicle was towed and told it was ready. W My vehicle was owed to this dealer for repairs after a water incident, I was called three weeks after the vehicle was towed and told it was ready. When I arrived, the check engine light was on and it wasn't before the incident. The vehicle still reeked of mold/mildew and the windshield was not cracked. Two weeks later, I was called again and told the vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the windshield was broken, a fog lamp had not been replaced and the gas tank was empty. The tank was full when I took the vehicle in and 150 miles had been put on the vehicle. When I test drove my vehicle, there was a whining noise from the passenger side drive shaft so I returned the vehicle to the dealership. After 2 months and 3 returns, the vehicle was finally ready for pickup. The dealer refused to repair the windshield that was broken while at their dealership. If you ave to use them as a last resort, they will finally get the repairs correct, but I will no longer use their services nor purchase a vehicle from them. More
