It is a very pleasant environment! To tell the truth, I really did not want to come into Classic Honda or any other dealership, but I found it necessary to have the airbag recall taken care of. I was very pleased with Arnold, he had the vehicle out and ready to go over everything with me as everything was very updated since mine was 2009 CRV. He was very DETAILED with going over all the new computerized technology with me. He is very knowledgeable with this car for sure. We test drove it and then went over more of the questions I had. He was very patient with me and all my questions. I told him what I was wanting my payments to be and what I would be willing to put down and with a trade in he was able to get it actually below what I was willing for my payments to be. He was very friendly and professional about everything and made sure I didn't leave with any questions. A few days later I had warning lights come on the car and had to bring it in to the service to get it checked and Red was very helpful and attentive with trying to get it all worked out for me, they didn't have the tool to get it fixed right then but once it finally came in and I took it back all was fixed and all good. Very pleased with that service. I took my 1st trip in the car and came back with quite a few questions and Arnold came and took the time again to go over things with me and again very patient with me. So very pleased with every visit here at Classic Honda of Midland. More
