Everything was done by phone, they didn't have the car in stock so they dealer traded for the vehicle we wanted without making us come in to sign a contract in which would've taken hours of our time. All other dealers wanted us to come in to play the games in which I will not do. We picked up the car this afternoon, all paperwork was done at the agreed price, was out the door fairly quickly with our new car with out any games being played.
