He listened well and addressed all my service issues. I did not have an appointment, but had an emergency issue with my vehicle and he somehow got my vehicle assessed and serviced in a flash! I was not expecting that! My vehicle drives better and I feel more confident that Michael's approach was the right approach to handle my vehicle's issue.
